After decades of litigation in nearly every county of Iowa, longtime friends, Jeff Boehlert and Mark Brownlee, have joined their litigation and trial skills experiences to form an association dedicated exclusively to the mediation and alternative dispute resolution process.
Jeff is a double certified mediator and has earned membership in the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals WWW.NADN.ORG is a Board member and current President of the American Academy of ADR Attorneys WWW.Academyofadrattorneys.ORG , longtime member of the Iowa State and Polk County Bar Association.
Mark has enjoyed a long career as a litigator, representing plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of matters. As a member of various professional organizations, Mark has authored numerous articles and been a frequent presenter at professional seminars, including the effective use of the mediation process. He has also earned membership in the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals as well as the American Academy of ADR Attorneys.
Both Jeff and Mark are "AV Preeminent" rated lawyers through peer review with more than 40 years of experience.
